We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders $150 or more within the contiguous U.S.

Free Shipping applies only to merchandise.

Taxes, Duties: Free shipping offer valid only in the contiguous US. Free shipping is not applicable for orders for Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Domestic Shipping Costs 

We’re happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $150.00. For orders under $150.00 USD there will be a flat rate shipping charge of $9.95.

Most orders will leave our warehouse within 24 hours of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however some orders will take 48 hours to process. Your order will be shipped via standard shipping unless you select an alternative.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries. International Duties must be covered by recipient. 

Holiday Delivery

To guarantee domestic orders are delivered by or before December 24th, please ensure that you place your order by December 13th 12PM PST.

Canada

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Your order will be shipped under UPS’s Etailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD $10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at AD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees. Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.

Next Day Shipping-Domestic Only

We can only fulfill next day shipping orders if orders are placed before 11am PST. Any order that is placed after 11am PST with an overnight delivery request will be processed and shipped the following business day. Please note that if you place an overnight delivery order on a Friday, the order will not be delivered until the next business day.

Shipping Status

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.  

We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

Orders placed after 12pm PST may not ship until the next business day.

California Proposition 65
Some of our products such as handbags, luggage, clutches, totes, clothing, and accessories may be made of materials containing chemicals identified on the California Prop 65 list of chemicals. In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers “Warning: These products contain one or more chemical known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."
